Health & Safety (H&S) Policy

The safety of our personnel, contractors, clients and neighbouring communities is paramount. All Kamenistoe-Neft operational activities — including product handling, storage, loading and transport — are conducted under written safety procedures aligned with Kazakhstan’s Law on Industrial Safety and relevant international standards.

All operational personnel hold valid safety induction certificates
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) mandatory in all terminal and loading zones
Fire and explosion prevention protocols applied at all storage and dispatch facilities
Regular emergency response drills conducted in cooperation with local civil protection authorities
Incident reporting and root cause analysis system in place for continuous improvement

Environmental Compliance

Kazakhstan is a signatory to the Paris Agreement and has committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions as part of its 2060 carbon neutrality target. Kamenistoe-Neft conducts all operations in full compliance with the Environmental Code of Kazakhstan (2021), which governs emissions, waste handling, soil contamination and water protection.
