Health & Safety (H&S) Policy
The safety of our personnel, contractors, clients and neighbouring communities is paramount. All Kamenistoe-Neft operational activities — including product handling, storage, loading and transport — are conducted under written safety procedures aligned with Kazakhstan’s Law on Industrial Safety and relevant international standards.
- All operational personnel hold valid safety induction certificates
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) mandatory in all terminal and loading zones
- Fire and explosion prevention protocols applied at all storage and dispatch facilities
- Regular emergency response drills conducted in cooperation with local civil protection authorities
- Incident reporting and root cause analysis system in place for continuous improvement
Environmental Compliance
Kazakhstan is a signatory to the Paris Agreement and has committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions as part of its 2060 carbon neutrality target. Kamenistoe-Neft conducts all operations in full compliance with the Environmental Code of Kazakhstan (2021), which governs emissions, waste handling, soil contamination and water protection.

- Waste oil and chemical waste disposal through licensed contractors only
- Carbon footprint monitoring and annual environmental reporting
- Preference for Euro-5 product supply to reduce end-user emissions
