Quality is not a checkbox at Kamenistoe-Neft — it is a foundational business principle. In an industry where product specification differences of fractions of a percentage point can affect engine performance, equipment life and regulatory compliance, we invest heavily in quality assurance at every stage of our supply chain.
Every shipment from our petroleum product catalogue is accompanied by a Certificate of Quality from the originating refinery, a third-party inspection certificate from SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas, and full customs and compliance documentation. This documentation package is prepared as standard — not as an optional add-on — for every buyer regardless of order size.
Our quality standards apply to all export corridors covered by our trading and logistics desk, including FOB Aktau, CIF and DAP deliveries. Third-Party Inspection
For international export transactions and letters-of-credit-backed domestic contracts, Kamenistoe-Neft facilitates third-party quality and quantity inspections by globally accredited inspection agencies. Buyers may nominate their preferred surveyor or utilise our established relationships with:
