Road Transport Fuel Supply Kazakhstan

EN590 Euro-5 Diesel for Fleet Operators and Fuel Distributors

Kazakhstan’s three major refineries completed Euro-5 upgrade programmes between 2018 and 2019, bringing EN590 10ppm diesel production to full capacity at Atyrau, Pavlodar and Shymkent. This upgrade fundamentally changed Kazakhstan’s position as a diesel supply source — from a producer of GOST-grade fuels accepted primarily within the CIS to a supplier of internationally-recognised Euro-5 compliant diesel suitable for modern common-rail engines and fleet operations across Central Asia, China and beyond.

LLP Kamenistoe-Neft supplies EN590 10ppm diesel and GOST-grade diesel to road transport fleet operators, fuel distribution companies, fuel retail chains, and commodity traders sourcing bulk diesel for resale. Minimum order quantity for diesel is 1,000 MT by rail tanker or 200 MT by road tanker for domestic Kazakhstan delivery.

EN590 10ppm specification: Sulphur maximum 10 mg/kg; cetane number minimum 51; density 820–845 kg/m³ at 15°C; CFPP (cold filter plugging point) to seasonal grade — Kazakhstan winter grades are available with CFPP to −26°C or −34°C for northern operations. GOST diesel (GOST R 52368): Accepted across Kazakhstan and EAEU member states; sulphur grades K5 (10ppm), K10 (10ppm low-sulphur class) available. Both grades supplied with full Certificate of Quality and third-party inspection on request.

For cross-border delivery into Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, we handle EAEU customs transit documentation and railway waybills (SMGS). For Chinese market delivery via Alashankou or Khorgos rail crossings, we coordinate gauge-change logistics at the border. See our export logistics guide for corridor details.
