We provide full product passport documentation, laboratory analysis reports and GOST certificates with every shipment. For buyers requiring additional assurance, we welcome SGS, Intertek or Bureau Veritas inspection at the loading point. Buyers bear the cost of third-party inspection unless otherwise agreed in the contract.

We accept Letters of Credit (LC at sight), SWIFT bank transfers, and escrow arrangements for first-time large transactions. We do not accept cash payments, cryptocurrency or informal payment structures. All transactions must be between legally registered entities.

Yes. We export petroleum products to countries throughout Central Asia, the CIS, China and beyond. Export documentation is prepared in full compliance with Kazakhstan customs law. Buyers are responsible for import procedures in their destination country.

Our diesel D2 and aviation kerosene products are available in Euro-5 specification. Mazut M100 and D6 fuel oil are supplied to GOST grades, which differ from Euro specifications. Please specify your required standard at the time of enquiry.

Delivery timescales depend on product type, quantity, origin location and destination. Typical rail delivery to neighbouring Central Asian countries takes 10–21 days from contract execution. Maritime shipments from Aktau port have variable transit times depending on the destination. Our logistics team will provide a specific timeline estimate with each quotation.

Yes. We work with both end-buyers and authorised trading intermediaries. All counterparties — whether direct buyers or traders — must be legally registered companies and must complete our standard due diligence and KYC process before we execute a contract.
