The company’s primary business activities encompass the wholesale procurement and supply of refined petroleum products of Kazakhstani origin, coordination of domestic and international logistics for fuel delivery, facilitation of petroleum product export in compliance with Kazakhstan’s customs and trade regulations, and the provision of quality-verified petroleum products to buyers operating across the industrial, commercial and trading sectors.

Why We Were Founded

Kazakhstan’s oil refining sector has historically been dominated by state-linked institutions. KazMunayGas (KMG) accounts for approximately 80 percent of Kazakhstan’s oil refining capacity. While this creates strong national infrastructure, it also creates a segment of the market — smaller industrial buyers, specialised product requirements, export traders, and mid-volume purchasers — that is underserved by large, bureaucratically structured state entities.

Kamenistoe-Neft was founded precisely to serve this segment. A buyer who needs 500 metric tonnes of JP54 with an independent inspection certificate and a five-day turnaround does not want to navigate the procurement corridors of a national energy conglomerate. A commodity trader needing a specific Mazut M100 sulphur grade with precise SGS documentation needs a supplier who understands commercial timelines. Kamenistoe-Neft was built to be that supplier.
