Aviation Kerosene — JP54 / Jet A-1

Aviation Kerosene JP54 is the predominant turbine engine fuel standard used in Russian and CIS aviation, while Jet A-1 is the internationally recognised specification. Kamenistoe-Neft supplies both grades, sourced from Kazakhstani refineries operating to ASTM D1655 and GOST 10227-86 standards.

  • Density at 20°C: 0.775 – 0.840 kg/m³
  • Sulphur Content: Max 0.20% mass

Diesel Fuel D2 (Gas Oil)

Diesel D2 is a light-middle distillate fuel used primarily in compression-ignition engines — from heavy haulage trucks and agricultural machinery to industrial generators and marine engines. Our D2 is supplied to GOST 305-82 and EN 590 standards, with Euro-5 grades available.

Fuel Oil D6 / Residual Fuel Oil

D6 (also called Residual Fuel Oil or Bunker Oil) is a heavy distillate product used in large marine engines, industrial boilers and power generation facilities. Kamenistoe-Neft offers D6 in bulk quantities, suited for buyers requiring large-volume continuous supply.

  • Viscosity: 370 cSt at 50°C
  • Pour Point: Max +30°C
  • Sulphur Content: 0.5 – 3.5% (grades available)
  • Typical Applications: Marine propulsion, industrial boilers, power stations

Mazut M100 (Heavy Fuel Oil)

Mazut M100 is a residual fuel oil produced during the distillation of crude oil. Widely used across Central Asia, the CIS and Eastern Europe for heating, industrial processing and power generation. Kamenistoe-Neft supplies Mazut M100 per GOST 10585-99.

  • Viscosity at 100°C: Max 50 cSt (M100)
  • Pour Point: Max +25°C
  • Ash Content: Max 0.1%
  • Sulphur: Grades 0.5S, 1.0S, 1.5S, 2.0S, 2.5S, 3.0S, 3.5S

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG)

LPG (a mixture of propane and butane) is increasingly important in Kazakhstan’s domestic energy mix and is exported throughout Central Asia and China. Our LPG is produced at gas processing facilities in Kazakhstan and meets international quality benchmarks.

  • Propane Content: Variable (P50/B50, P60/B40 grades available)
  • Water Content: None
  • Hydrogen Sulphide: None detected
  • Typical Applications: Residential and commercial heating, cooking fuel, vehicle autogas, industrial processes

Base Oils — SN-150 / SN-500

Base oils are the primary raw materials for lubricant manufacturing. Kamenistoe-Neft supplies Group I base oils in SN-150 and SN-500 grades, primarily to lubricant blenders, automotive oil manufacturers and industrial maintenance operations.

  • SN-150: Viscosity 28–35 cSt at 40°C — lighter lubricants, hydraulic oils
  • SN-500: Viscosity 90–110 cSt at 40°C — gear oils, engine lubricants, grease manufacturing
  • Colour: Max 1.5 Saybolt (light grades)
  • Typical Applications: Engine oil blending, industrial lubricants, transformer oils, metal processing

Bitumen — BND 60/90 & BND 90/130

Road bitumen is a critical construction material for Kazakhstan’s extensive infrastructure development programme. Kamenistoe-Neft supplies penetration-grade bitumen per GOST 33133 and GOST 22245-90 standards.

  • Penetration at 25°C: 60–90 dmm (BND 60/90); 90–130 dmm (BND 90/130)
  • Softening Point: Min 47°C (BND 60/90)
  • Ductility at 25°C: Min 55 cm
  • Typical Applications: Road surfacing, airfield paving, waterproofing membranes, roofing
Diesel EN590 10 PPM

EN590 10 PPM diesel fuel

EN590 10 PPM diesel fuel is one of the most widely traded petroleum distillates globally, meeting strict European emission standards. Kamenistoe-Neft supplies EN590 10 PPM compliant with EN 590:2022 and GOST R 52368 standards.

  • Cetane Number: Min 51
  • Sulphur Content: Max 10 mg/kg (10 PPM)
  • Density at 15°C: 820–845 kg/m³
  • Flash Point: Min 55°C
  • Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons: Max 8% m/m
  • Cold Filter Plugging Point (CFPP): Varies by grade (Class F: −20°C; Class 0: min 5°C)
  • Typical Applications: Road transport vehicles, commercial trucking fleets, railway locomotives, marine engines, industrial power generation
